• Only 12.5% (instead of 30%) of the tax income is sent to the Galactic Bank (this does not affect the money sent in Government Centers).
• The tax income that stays in the base is increased by 50% (that means 105% instead of 70%).

• Triples the mining rate.
• Free smelting of ore.

[edit] Insectoids

• You get a good scan from all planets having 1000+ Insectoids within 300LY.

[edit] Ships

• Allows you to build X. 240 Comb Class Escorts in that base.
• Allows you to build X. 1260 Royal Class Heavy Cruisers in that base.

[edit] Special

• If you have built either an Arerran Capital, Nawole Garden or Xelovi Hive in a base, you cannot build any of the other structures in the same base.
