Hi Kevin,
I hope you don't mind that I messed around with the peep guide while you're working on it. (Well, I tried to keep the text as regards content *almost* untouched...).

I appreciate the help - I knew I was not formating things as I wanted - you made it just right! BTW is there any location detail how to create unlimited minerals by adjusting stress and delta stress? I would have linked to there if there was. If not there should be. I am no expert in the code but basically you need a positive delta Stress and very high (or I am told a very low) planetary stress.
Have a look at Effects of Hyperdimensional Stress, maybe this is what you are looking for?

The bug regarding the Rebels you reported is no bug at all. The Rebels are only immune against barbs and nova-barbs when using their race command code special (see also)

Sorry I was confused, I thought that reflagging affected all mines. It really does not make sense why it would fool just the one type. Of course Grav mines should be totally effective on all ships hyperspacing and given the pitiful speed of Rebels outside of hyperspace, this should be very effective. I still see it a bug but perhaps it is a feature. A feature I do not like as it makes no logical sense.

On further revuew, I see the WIKI says that but nothing from Tim. I see it as a bug although perhaps the imunity from Barbitics and Nova's is the bug. This should be all or nothing and I see nothing from Tim that does not suggest it is a bug.

[edit] Happiness & Growth Rate
>99 is not required to get the 150% factor. I can send you the script to prove it if you want. I am hesitant to edit your posting as it would be rude and pointless if we do not agree on the facts. Besides you might know something I do not. Please read my model. If you want I can send you the Excel behind it.--KBJ07675 10:57, 23 November 2006 (CET)
I did not make that post, Amaranthine made most research or post on that page, please send this to him

I'm really very sorry to have torqued you. It wasn't my intention. I was attempting to clarify some of the mystery around growth by sharing what the code is like. I struggled at whether or not to remove what you had entered and finally decided that to avoid confusing readers with conflicting information would be best. I actually had meant to simply move it to the talk page, but I guess I forgot about that. I'll retrieve it from the history and put it back.
I'm not trying to flex any power or anything (I don't feel that I have any power and don't wish to). The Wiki is an open forum and should allow edits from anyone to be viewed. I welcome challenges to what I write because I very well may be wrong.
Some of the ways that the code goes through steps to achieve a final result will differ when you attempt to do it in Excel unless you use a macro. That may be why you are seeing different results. Also, some bug fixes are not in place yet so the results will not be accurate if you use the page's current content. I think I had put in a bugs section to dictate that.
The happiness probably doesn't result properly because happiness changes throughout the turn well before growth occurs. As I have mentioned in the bugs section, the peaceful bonus is currently broken. I've done extensive tests of the code and have put in the calculations into an Excel sheet to achieve the same results.
As I said before, I'm not trying to steal any thunder, discredit you, or upset you in any way. I should have put in a note to refer to the Talk section for your real-game experiences up to host 199.
