 Pods not lunching / Ships not being build
Many have posted about this, it has happened to me a few times.
But now I know the main reason for this.
When you have ships in orbit of your base beaming down stuff, via the ship transfer tab, at the beggining of the turn. If Quick build need part of the "Stuff"* from the ship, it will not work. The same thing goes for pods. * = include all cargo, mc, and personel.
