Summary of current suggested changes made in the newsgroup.

- NOTE: Code change summaries, everything else is a race pack change.
- Remove RCS special case for Liberal and Enslavement taxes. Remove the Coalition criteria in the IF statements.
- The Triad implementation was in lieu of this change and the extra Farm income.
- Arerren Capital boosts Farm MC. Modify Farm/Capital code so that an extra MC is generated per Farm.
- Too similar to Fed Agrovator.
- Triad may be tweaked, but Host changes are otherwise complete now.

| 1 | | N. Willow Class Survey Ship | Needs at least 26 energy points to supply all weapons. This can only be accomplished with expensive engines, since the Willow has no generator slots yet. The SDI Anti-Probe special (counteracts Probe launchers within 100 lys) is a bit strange for a scout ship. In my vision this is only the bonus to the true purpose of the device, the search for life. This is reasonable since the ships belongs to the Nawole, who offer natives double growth in their Gardens and Christian defined the ship's purpose this way in his guide. The SDI uses miniature versions of the organic Poppy fighter (type 3) to do Bio scanner services. The Anti-Probe effect is only a side effect.

| 3 | | X. 240 Comb Class Escort | It's the only RCS minelayer and can only be replaced by other Laser mine droppers, since the RCS can't lay any other mines. Most comparable Laser mine dropper ships cost 100 to 500 mc.

| 6 | | X. 1260 Royal Class Heavy Cruiser | The X. 1260 Royal Class Heavy Cruiser currently costs 6,000 mc. That makes it more expensive than the Lotus (5,000 mc), which is much stronger and faster. The Royal can use large weapons up to 800 kt, but this ability is not worth the extra costs, for those large weapons are quite expensive and 2 other hulls can also mount these weapons. The only device is a cloaking device that can't full-cloak the ship. The special (Hive mind: +3 attack, +2 evasive, max 10, for all PSI>35 races in combat) is a small advantage against low-PSI enemies if you have 10 Hive mind ships. Compared to the EE Super Star Frigate (2,100 mc) or the IMT Great Western Ironclad (3,000 mc) the Royal is a joke. The Royal's name inspired me to give it an own special feature. In my vision each Royal holds an Insectoid queen, which has an immense influence on near Insectoid natives.

| 9 | | Lotus Class Pursuit Ship | I suggest to raise the shield limit of the Lotus Class Pursuit Ship to 1,500 to give the high tech single-role war ship the ability to use the best shield available to the RCS.

| 10 | | Aurora Class Flagship | The Aurora Class Flag Ship costs 58,000 mc and 5,000 galactic credits per turn. It has some combat power and a Super laser slot (though RCS controlled Super lasers can't destroy planets and have reduced power in VCR combat), but it's far away from being worth the huge amount of money and has only a Minesweeper as non-combat power. I like the galactic costs for they encourage to have only very few flag ships. I read in Christian's guide that the Aurora was supposed to have the Bio computer. The Aurora gets the 75 med units at the start already like the Lotus, which prevent a Bio computer starving on the Lotus in the first turn after building. I think it makes much sense to give the flag ship the best equipment for it should look really better than the already shining Lotus. I think the Bio computer should be renamed to Organic computer since this device has similarities to Organic armor (uses med units) and not to the Bio scanner. The word Organic computer is mentioned in Christian's guide

I like the Aczanny feature of giving non-hyperjumping ships the hyperdrive vulnerability 0. This fits to the fact that ships without engines can't be attacked by X-fields and that you can't repair what is not existing. It's strange and misleading that several non- hyperjumping ships have values different from 0 and 100.
