As Martin has now passed the People's Army on to myself and I've 'adopted' them as my own here are the proposed changes that have been sent to Martin and Tim, but are still pending another round of newsgroup discussion. - +15% chance to join for all natives.
- Immune to native happiness drop caused by rebels.
- Chupanoids eat 5x food/contra resources of the peeps 100% of the time. (Allowing them to run free and feel 'accepted.'
- Glory Devices popping Amorphous Worms should make a large happiness drop (50pts) and increase crime 50 points to Peep bases within 200ly. (You killed cousin Lenny!)
- Scalar Wave Damper malfunctions and won't make delta stress negative, nor drop HD Stress directly. Will only keep it from going up too high.
- Amnesty Recruitment Center improves native happiness by +5 per turn. Can 'tame' (change) 5% of chupanoids beneath into productive insectoids, providing happiness is 110+ and enough food for them to eat is present.
- Hyperdrives: The hyperdrives in the anthem, liberation have a 'cooling off' period of 1 turn where they cannot hyperjump.
