New: Ship Device: Draconian Solar Gamma Ray: The device kills half of all Carbon based and Robotic life on all Ground Bases under the ship including Natives. Device works through Base Shields. Gamma rays destroy all food, farms and medical units on the Ground Bases. (Planets4.exe release 32 will list it as Device 9)
