Using the Transphased World Crusher exotic tech Base Shields have no effect on the World Crusher Missile super weapon.
However it still has a 33% chance to hit a base.

What about using this description? Otherwise it might look like there is a 33% chance to hit the base and when hitting a 33% chance to pass through the shield. That would mean a total chance of 11% Jochen 11:25, 1 November 2006 (CET)

I don't find it clear enough, I made a try in the article, feel free to upgrade it.
