Tested it again. Ship-base transfer was possible at the 5 LY range.

There's no difference in the transfer range between ships with or without boarding lasers or between ships with boarding lasers on or off.

Has anyone done a re-test on my observations. The wiki pages are clattered now with different information, at least some of it has to be false.
