Cents has a normal 5% chances of join of Avian natives. I think that +5% for Racetrack is too less for a race that need some natives to get cash.
+10% join rate for the first racetrack could be fine. Better if the racetrack has +20% join rate for the four natives that "love" the games.
It's too hard to get Avians to the Cents. They have 0 spy rate so the join chance is 5%, 10% if you build one racetrak on the planet that is NOT a cheap structure.
Still keep in mind that you only need 1 native of the 4 types to get the money from the racetrack. So once you get your hands on some natives they are enough for the whole game. Jochen 17:09, 4 December 2007 (CET)
