Talk:Others May Live Rescue Team
From PlanetsWiki
does the team has to be on the same base as the ground base or on a different one? --Yid 00:30, 29 December 2007 (CET)
you send the teams to a base where your prisoners are being held. they will attempt to free them.--protomatter 04:47, 29 December 2007 (CET)
You can send the team on a Base in range and they will free prisoners and the prisoners appear in the Base the Team is. You can control it in the Base Log.

Oh, sorry, I'm asking about ground combat, not the POW thing. So: does the team has to be on the planet with the ground combat to save troops and colos? --Yid 12:01, 29 December 2007 (CET)
yeah thats how they save them, those would normally die in the ground combat can be saved and podded away. depending on the number of teams you have. a portion of those would normally die would be podded away. think of them as paratroop rescue teams. during the fight your the wounded are rescued instead of dying in the field of battle. but its limited to tha amount of teams during the battle. so it may be wise to build like 20-100 teams of these mech units on bases with significant population. possibly more on larger homeworlkd types, to prevent large losses.--protomatter 17:04, 30 December 2007 (CET)
