I would add a Mobile Med Lab: Converts all food to med units and produces 3 free med units a turn.

Because Mivorari need a lot of med unit to use their gate, who replace normal pod use.

I think The Mivorari will be to strong with this device. They can build Med Labs on every (support) base they want. They can transport everything to the new bases, incl med units. They need also food. But you think the Mivorari will have a lot of unneeded food in every base, because they can change stars and planets into farm range. Thats a good point. If the Mivorari need more med units then I expect I must add this device to 1 or 2 ships.
