Does the chance to join equation have a 'floor' value?

( (300 - PC - PR - Leadership - Law) / 400 + .05 ) * 100%

This bit: '300 - PC - PR - Leadership - Law' could be negative, so you would end up with a 'negative chance to join' (I guess zero?) unless there's a minimum value for this bit. Shard 17:07, 9 February 2008 (CET)
