1% or more Hyp damage stop HYP from working. 90 system damage also stop HYP Ship_Damage

I had someone test 4% and was able to hyp with a Tranq starting ship. --Magik 21:54, 7 December 2006 (CET)
I did only the system damage test, 1% is from reading.
We could use a test for the % of HYP damage under host 199.
