a.k.a. Noahs Ark the space park was originally a cargo vessel, but after the initial cylon attacks on the colonial homeworlds, President Rosilyn tasked this vessel to become " Noahs Ark" for natives in an attempt to salvage the species for repopulation, as a result those living onboard the colonial ships become restless and needed intership activities and thus this vessel became the fleets mobile Zoo where its population could pay a fee to see the natives.
