[edit] Overview

  • Lowers the Soil rating of a planet that the ship is parked over by -20 per turn. In one case observed a planet's soil rating of 186 was reduced to 0 in a single turn.
  • If several ships with the device appear above a planet only one of them will lower the soil rating.
  • One of two Ship Devices that effect soil rating. The other is the Soil Reformer.
