This tab of the Ship Command gives you access to the ship's transporter.

[edit] Set Target
The transporter attempts to transfer cargo to and from the target object. You can only transfer cargo to one object at a time and it must be able to accept the cargo.
If the Jettison Cargo switch is turned on the out going cargo will be dumped into space.
[edit] Transfer
The Transfer screen shows the amount of cargo in the ship (left side) and the cargo in the target (right side).
[edit] Incoming Cargo
Incoming cargo is shown in green. You can transfer cargo from the target in steps of 1, 10 or 100 to the target by pressing the corresponding arrows pointing to the left. If you keep the shift key pressed while doing that, the amounts are multiplied by 1000.
You can't set the ship to transfer more cargo of a type from the target than the ship can hold. This check can be circumvented by turning the Limits switch off.
[edit] Outcoming Cargo
Outgoing cargo is shown in red. You can transfer cargo to the target in steps of 1, 10 or 100 to the target by pressing the corresponding arrows pointing to the right. If you keep the shift key pressed while doing that, the amounts are multiplied by 1000.
There is no check if the target can actually hold the amount of cargo that is set to be transferred to it.
