  • Each River Royale collects 100mc per million colonists on any base within 200 LY and causes the happiness of the colonists that show up to be ripped off to drop by 5 points. When the happiness of the colonists drops below 20 they will stop coming. The income is reduced by a factor of the enemy colonists happiness divided by 3.
  • The Cyborg do not gamble.
  • Your own colonists do not add to the River Royale's income.
  • You need 10,000 colonists in a base with River Royales to make them work (any number of these).
