• The device has a range of 10 ly.
• The ship destroys the Pod Launch Pad and Base Shield of any enemy base in range.
• The device will destroy up to 0 to 10% of the Ion Cannons on the planet and 0 to 30% of the Anti-Aircraft Guns.
• Does not work for other races, only when owned by Rebel (tested with Host 199).

• You can leave it ON, it will not attack your own base (tested with Host 199).
• It does not affect allied bases if both players have "Attack!" turned off. (Host 212)
