Increases happiness of all colonists and natives under the ship by up to 40 happy points. The benefit starts decreasing progressively after happiness rises over 100. Close to 300 it will only help minimally.

  • The maximum level they will reach is 300 points.
  • A Psi-Opps Hisser Device of a Lizard ship will not work if owned by a non-lizard race.
  • Psi-Opps Hisser Devices on Enforcer ships will work if owned by other races.
