[edit] Overview

The Pisces can play an important role in your fleet. Boasting eight Pod bays and one fighter bay (of 100) as both a large, heavily armored transport and a battleship. It also is one of the fastest ships in the CoM fleet with a maximum hull speed of 110. The hull can mount 20 large weapons and has an attack bonus of 15 (better than nothing).

When deploying Pisces, keep in mind that with only 4 PD slots and 800 armor the ship is not going to be a tough, front-line battleship. Nevertheless, you can deploy Pisces for a fraction of the cost of your Virgo and have some decent defensive battleships guarding important bases and ships.

  • For the ordnance ships, consider docking an Ord POD to the ship set to transfer its cargo over. The ord load of the Pisces is not large enough to support the ship for extended periods away from a base.
  • Docking a wing of 100 fighters will add greatly to the effectiveness of the ship. For 6,000 additional credits you can form up a wing of 50/25/25 fighters.
