Phasors are mid-tech Small Weapons, with average stats. They are outmatched by Positrons in most aspects. What still makes them worth building are their special abilites, so in the right hands they can be quite effective.

  • The chance of hitting an enemy ship is increased by +40, if Phasors are used by The Solar Federation
  • This weapon has a chance to hit the target ships's soft spot and cause that ship to explode.
  • Phasors can shoot down enemy pods much better than other Small Weapons.
  • The official docs state, that if a Phasor hits the (Armor/Hull?) of a ship, it can do heavy damage (how much?) to that ship's Engines. However now Host 210 there is no code that is doing that.
