"Mobile Casino" functions like a gambling deck but for space only and must be constantly moving thru space to benefit from the device. in addition this device can be used by allys in a limited means to gamble as well.

  • the Celestia MK II will Take the total of all Colonists (CoK and allied) on board vessels within 5 lyrs. and generate income based on this amount of population. The "Mobile Casino" generates 1 mc for every colonist on the ship, with a maximum gain each turn of 1,000 mc. The "Mobile Casino" generates 300 mc for every 1 million Population (colonists+Crew+troops+HG) within ships of an area of 5 lyrs (CoK and Allied ships populations are counted).
  • No more than one "Mobile Casino" device should be active within 5 ly of one another. If more than one such device is active the maximum revenue generated per turn is 500 mc (for all ships with said devices) and the 500 mc is divided evenly between each ship.
  • Maximum Income Per Turn: 15,000 mc (with 1,000 colonists onboard and 50 million Population (colonists+Crew+troops+HG) in ships within 5lyrs).
  • Alien ships happiness will also increase by 10 points per turn when gambling and successfully winning at Celestia MK II, Losing will not increase ships happiness.
  • the Celestra MK II must have moved 10 lyrs or more from its previous location and be within 150 LYRS of a planet to earn income. colonial law prohibits stationary and "void space" gambling

  • only works if the ship Celestia MK II moves 10 lyrs or more that turn. must always be moving in order to generate income. colonial law prohibits stationary and "void space" gambling
  • non CoK (alien)ships escorting a Celestia MK II with a command Code of "WIN" and some megacredits on board may gamble as well with some risk. money on board the non CoK ship must be used to gamble, tally the alien ships money that is eleigible to be gambled and they have the odds of winning or losing each turn.
  • Aliens gambling at a Celestia MK II will potentially gain up to 10% as winnings.
  • Aliens gambling at a Celestia MK II will potentially Lose up to 4% of thier Cash when gambling at a Celestia MK II
  • Alien ships must have money and colonists in order to gamble.
  • Alien craft must be allied to the CoK in order to gamble,
  • Each turn an alien Gambles at the Casino he recieve a message within his ships log indicating whether they won or not and by how much it will also include their new crew happiness increase of 5 points..
  • Alien ships happiness will also increase by 5 points per turn when gambling at Celestia MK II
  • Alien ships must have moved at least 10 LYRs From previous Location and be within 150 LYRS of a planet to earn money while escorting the Celestia MK II.
  • Alien Vessel can gamble a maximum amount equal to the number of colonists on board their ships Per turn.
