[edit] Overview

By pressing the button at the top bar in the client you can open the read messages window. It provides a good overview on what's going on in your empire.

• If a message is bound to a certain location, you can jump to that location by pressing on the mini-map in the upper-right corner of the read messages window.

[edit] Tax Report

• Taxes collected in the empire and (for bases and Galactic Bank)
• Changes in native and colonist happiness (due to tax rate)

[edit] Resource Report

• resources (objects) used
• available resource points
• percentage of availabe resource points that is used

[edit] Crew Report

• Colonists, Crew, Troops, High Guard Rangers, POW (one turn behind)

[edit] Host Report

• Host version

[edit] Minefield Hits

• own and enemy units hitting minefields
  • type of minefield
  • location of the hit
  • hull damage (if unit is a ship)
  • if a ship is destroyed by a minefield hit, the message title will be in capitals

[edit] Boarding attempts

• numbers of attackers and defenders
• If the boarding attempt was unsuccessfull the total numbers of personnel remaining on an enemy ship will be provided (crew + guests)

[edit] Space Combats

• minor ship conflicts (no VCR)
• destroyed/captured ships, wings, pods and bases (enemy and own)

[edit] Ground Combats

• who attacked
• outcome (won/lost), losses

[edit] Tech Levels

• All increased Tech Levels and their cost

[edit] Spy Report

• Report on own spy activities
• Enemy spy attempts

[edit] Special

The Rebels also get a report showing the ally status between all empires.
