Medical Units

Medical Units have limited use in the current game. They are mainly used by certain races to repair/build Organic Armor. It is also used to the determine the happiness level of a newly formed base. It is possible to form a base with 300 happiness when enough medical units are used to create the new base.
- Medical Units can be produced by the ground base structure: Med Lab.
- The Scavenger Tribes can harvest extra Med Units from Ghipsoldals using their Scav Crawler assault unit.
- Each active Farm at an Arerran Capital belonging to The Reunited Coalition of Systems will produce 1 extra Med Unit (and 1 extra Food).

- To get a high happiness base drop 101+ med units and 101+ food when beaming peoples to create a new base, once the base has been formed you can relocate all the meds without suffering any happiness losses.
- 31 med units at the base at the beginning of the turn will increase happiness by 2.

"Sometimes if you add 100+ (I usually use 200+) meds to an already formed base that has not previously had any med units on it can boost it happiness level up quite a lot sometimes close to 200.
Mind this is not always true but sometimes. Seems to vary a bit from race to race and turn to turn and base to base.
I suspect it may have something to do with the race-stats combined with a random factor and what all the base holds (like extra food)."
