This building of the Commonwealth of Mivorari hides ground bases, ships, fighters, buoys and pods of all Mivorari Tribes and their allies within 5 ly from the planet from enemy scanners.
- Uses 90 kt Fuel and 45 Med Units per turn when activated.
- Other races will see the planet as unowned.
- Races with Dark Powers 80+ can detect Mivorari bases and ships at a range of 600ly.
- They need only one high guard to do that.
- They and other Mivorari Tribes can see past the Sensor Jammer.
