Makes your ships almost immune against base ion cannons.

  • Only 10% of the shots which the PD could not intercept will impact. But this does not necessarily mean that the impacts inflict damage. See ion cannons for details.
  • Benefits from exotic techs are not applied to Alien Hulls (regardless of any HConfig settings).
