This light carrier is a very cheap Draconian ship and is useful in order to take fighters from bases, while you still don“t have the Planet tech 10 for the Air attack base.

This ship can transport a Wing 140/40/20 that is something to be feared. Use Quick Strike on the Wing attack commands. The only function of the Hydra is to transport the wing to combat and survive for keep moving. Attack order set to 2nd wave and maximum stand off range.
