New: If Warp Chunneler fails due to lack of fuel you get a log message.
New: Gathering stuff from a planet rate now limited by number of colonists.
Changed: You no longer get hit with crime for selling contraband.
Changed: The crime effects of selling Contraband using a Gold Pod scaled back.
Fixed: Boarding Laser causing boarding to fail due to a negative number error.
Fixed: Q Tanker not refueling fighters.
Fixed: Having less than 100 Labor Mines at a base caused 100% death rates among crew, troops and high guard prisoners.
