- Weapons are charged every third tick between tick 50 and 300, then every tick
- Cloakers can overload their weapons due to cloaker power boost in tick 25
- Decoys are launched during Pd firing phase in fire weapon phase
- The Holo Decoys stop firing when there are 250 decoys in space per player

PD energy is set to 0 (matters only cloakers)
- But only if the top ten target list contains at least one target

- For each 4 Holo Decoys dropped, the basic hit odds of hostile Photon Torpedo Tubes is reduced by 1 (max 60 if there are 240+ of them).
- Only the decoy count of the player at which the PTT want to fire counts
- No other large weapons are influenced by decoys

- Decoys steal count/30 from the basic fighter beam&missile accuracy
- Decoys steal count/40 from the basic AAgun hit odds
- Decoys steal count/10 from the basic small weapon hit odds
[edit] Reducing Decoys
- When weapons are charged the decoy count of a player will be decreased by 1 with a chance of count[%] (100% at max)
- If a Sand Caster fires at a ship and the decoy count of the player at which the SC shoots is decreased is greater than 20, the count is decreased by 15.

- At the beginning of each attack run, Coalition S/Ai-383 Wraiths create a number of Holo Decoys equal to 1/40 their own number for any valid target in the top ten target list. But only if the wings has the energy for at least one beam shot, the target is in beam range and only if the target is not disabled in the case the wing is set to "don't fire at disabled". Host rounds. So 60 fighters would drop 2 decoys.
