Any ships controlled by a player whose race’s PSI Factor is greater than 35 gain a bonus from Hive Mind from the formula: 

Attack Bonus  = Attack Bonus  + Hive Mind * 3
Evasive Bonus = Evasive Bonus + Hive Mind * 2

Only the first 10 ships add to the hive mind bonus (but all ship get the bonus).

Races with PSI Factor greater than 35: BIRD, CRYS, EE, REB, RCS, SOL
