The H Ross Destroyer is the Evil Empire's only ship capable of laying and sweeping minefields. It's relativley cheap price (compared with other Empire ships) combined with its ord capacity of 15,000 and a mobile ord factory. It has only 1 large weapon mount, so you probably won't want it to fight.

  • The H Ross Destroyer and RU25 Gunship are highly resistant to minefield damage.
    These ships only take around 10% normal damage for a ship of its size when hitting a mine.
  • It is subject to the special rules applying to ships of the Evil Empire.
