Destroys cities and kills colonists in bases on the planet below.

  • The device will kill around 20% of all the colonists that live in cities.
  • It makes the colonists very unhappy.
  • The device may destroy as few as 2 cities. The device may destroy all the cities in the base.

After all movement.

[edit] Limitations

  • Bases with no cities are immune.
  • Undercities are not destroyed.
