- It can only decrease the climate to 50.
- For each point of climate change, the ship will consume 1 kt of neutronium fuel.
- One of 3 terraforming ship devices, including the Global Warmer and Crystal Inferno Device.

- Requires less than 60% control damage, less than 80% hull damage and crew on board to operate (Host 213g).
- Requires a minimum of 5 fuel to be on the ship.
- Range 2ly.
