50,000+ Ghipsoldals with happiness >75 will make at least one of each engine type each turn.

For each full 100,000 Ghipsoldals, up to 16 engines (at happiness >110), of successively higher type, are created each turn.

Production will max out at 16 of each engine type, with more than 2 million Ghipsoldals with a happiness >110.

The Ghipsoldals will stop producing a type of engines, if you have a stockpile of 5000 engines of that type in your base (prior to Host 196 they stopped when having a stockpile of 50).

NOTE: Seperate enclaves of 50,000 Ghipsoldals are much, much, MUCH more efficient at creating engines.

[edit] Aczanny Transwarps

Ghipsoldals will produce 1 free Transwarp Drive for every 10,000 Ghipsoldals in an Aczanny base.

You must also have 10,000 colonists in the base for every engine produced.

You will get the engine regardless of the happiness of Ghipsoldals.

Ghipsoldals take contraband when they are attracted to a base (1000 Ghipsoldals take 1 kt Kerria Crystal Artifacts Contraband).

If a Ghipsoldal sees any ship of Cyborg design belonging to any race within 100 ly of the planet that they are on, there is a 50% chance they will send a distress call to all empires requesting help.

[edit] Cyborg Assimilation

An entire planetary population of Ghipsoldals can be assimilated instantly by the The Cyborg King. This gives the Cyborg +1 engine tech if their king assimilates a population of 100,000+ Ghipsoldals.
