Exotic Hull

Exotic hulls require upkeep to be paid from the galactic bank every turn or they begin to take damage. At the moment, only the Coalition has any exotic hulls.
- Exotic Hull maintenance will be charged to whomever has the Exotic hullat the end of turn.
