  • The Energy Conversion is a very fragile engine that has a top speed of 50ly.
  • Similar to the FTL-5 Warp Drive it is mostly built of Molybdenum, which could be a reason to build it under certain circumstances.
  • Looking at the fuel burn it falls only slightly behind the high efficiency engines except near the half- and quarter-speed marks, where it experiences a 3x spike.
