Data Grid

Press the button at the top bar in the client to open the Data Grid Window. It provides a way to display information in a tabular format about different objects in the game. You can choose to include/exclude your own objects, enemy objects and/or neutral/friendly objects. You can then define your search by "Type", which can be Planet, Base, Minefield, Pod, Buoy, and Ship. That search can be further sorted by the different elements according to your selection.

For example, if you want to know which planets have natives on them that are nearest your selected ship then you can choose Planets / Natives from the Type field then choose Distance to Hammer from the Sort By field. The table will display any natives at each base, if you have a good scan of the planet to be able to see such detail.
