The Cobol is the CoM fuel ship. Able to drill out 2,000kt of fuel ore from the planets core (producing a yield of 1,000kt that goes into the ship) and fabricate fuel from nothing (20kt a turn using the Ram Scoop), the Cobol has a place in any CoM strategy. And of course, it's the only CoM ship with the DTMS-N Fuel Converter allowing supplies to be turned into much-needed fuel.
