Cloaking Field

- All objects within 100ly have their Sensor Profile reduced by 150.
- Does not reduce the Sensor Image of any ship possessing a Cloaking Field.
- It will cloak anything (stars, bases, enemy ships, pods).
- Multiple Cloaking Fields will combine their effects (ie 2 fields reducing image by 300).
- Essentially this Device is the opposite of the Tachyon Emitter.

Cloaking field have been programmed in. Any ship that uses the field is not effected by the field. You can cloak ships around you, but not yourself. It will cloak ANYTHING, stars, bases, enemy ships pods. . .
It shaves off 150 points of scanner noises from all objects except itself and other ships with the cloaking field. . . you can use several ships to really cut the scanner noise to a range of 100ly.
So you will see these ships with the cloaking field and then NOTHING around them.
To be fair it would be best to place the device on an easy to see ship. . . if this device ends up on a cloaking ship I may get very very angry. . . and start handing out counter measures to the Feds, Birds, Stormers and maybe the "Filty Scum" that shall not be named.
