Gambling and shows and an instant way to get money into the central bank! This ship is a must have for the CoM. Park it over a base with 1mil colonist and watch the money start to roll in. Park it over a base producing high guard, transfer those money-grubbers up to the ship and watch more money roll in! Park a second one over your allies' base and make even more free cash! Never have two Celestia operating with their money-making devices within 15LY of one another. It only hurts the profits.
While we are speaking about allies, you can put two Celestias over a base if the Celestias are owned by different players. This does not interfere with the income generated by each player.
The Celestia has two devices unique to the CoM allowing them move money into and out of the galactic bank. What's better is that they don't work for anyone but the CoM.
Many guides remind you that using the Celestia you can send your Sagittarius into deep space with a Celestia and funnel all the money collected from the colonists to the galactic bank (using GalBank) then siphon it out at a base with other Celestia's using the GalDraw device.
