[edit] Overview

A small Scav warship good for protecting early colony worlds from light raiders. The Cavalry is fairly well armored and shielded for its size and tech level. Six small weapons and six point defenses give it a reasonable punch and protection.

A fairly cheap ship makes an effective light patrol ship but should not be used against main line warships. It can mount the 3 smallest Large Weapons, including the Sand Caster.
