If a race is doing well in a game (they have a high population relative to other races) then the contraband that they prefer will go up in price. Theoretically :) (Roger)
There should also a greater increase in crime when selling contraband to a race that likes it very much, if I remember right. (Jochen)
So no effect of contraband on happiness and thus growth, but the other way around, right ? (SunZ) That was one of my misunderstandings...
