Imho it would be useful (especially for newcomers) to collect the information on the starting status (on/off) of buildings. In fact I'd suggest that all buildings start turned on when built.

Yes very good idea, it would allow a lot less micro to turn on the building, who build buildings to turn them off, the turn after they are build ?

It would be a very good idea to add thisin the feature request, and do a post o the newsgroup, Tim his curently reading and working on idea, that are fast to be done.
