RCS Binary Class Star Port can build all Coalition ship types except for itself. Alien hull Dry Docks cannot build Coalition special hulls. Host 212e

The RCS cannot lay other types of Minefields than Laser Minefields even with alien ships.
Enemy Energy Mines pass through Shields and are not targeted by Coalition Point Defense.
A Super Weapon on a ship controlled by the Coalition drains only 2000 points of enemy shields and half the normal armor drain per hit. It can't destroy planets.
3 Coalition ships have Gravity Sensors that detect ships with a Hyperdrive, Gravitonic Mine Dropper, Warp Chunneler, Ground Base Chunneler, Gravity Well Generator or Gravitonic Accelerator within a 400 LY range.
Each Aurora Class Flagship has a Galactic Bank maintenance cost of 3,000 GC. This must be paid every turn or the ship will suffer 49 hull damage and 70 system damage.
Coalition ships get +40 bonus to hit IMT ships with their small and large weapons.

RCS tribal hulls (prefixes A, N or X) and the Binary Class Station can't be built on enemy bases.
You can hold the hull plan but when you try to build one of this ships in a base you get this Log Message:

We do not know how to build a hull type 0. The order has been canceled.

If a non-RCS race gets their hands on a Binary Station (NOT just the hull plan) they can build ALL RCS ships except the Binary.
Maelstorm, Lotus and Aurora can always be built by other races (Either at a Base or in a Ship Dry dock, using a RCS Hull Plan).
