Two nearly same bugs at the Base-ship build screen after I select a hull which have to do with the minerals and or MCs (not sure if both make problems or only one of them) which you get shown "On Base" and "In Orbit" if you select a ship to build. The Description is only for the minerals, but I think something with the money is wrong too.
Example (Playing the Birds):
I have on my base left after giving my orders: 2 MC, 2319 D, 813 T and 496 M. On the allied Base on the same planet are 6902 MC, 692 D, 806T and 574 M. In orbit over the Base is one of my ships with 1858 MC which it send down to the allied Base.
If I click on "Ship" at my Base and then click on "Select Hull" a new screen appears named "Ship Hull Select". At the right side is a list named "Hull Plans Only" and in green the plans I have enough money + minerals + tech to build the hull are listed (red if I can not build them). On my list all are shown as green from SDSF to Darkwing (not the Alaska or DW-G as I have not hull tech 10 at the moment). If I pick now the Resolute at the top of the screen there appear 3 lists, named "Resolute Class Battlecruiser", "On Base" and "In Orbit". Only relevant are the last two:

I can now click "Okay", put some parts on the ship and then click "Done". Then click "Build Ship" and there appears a ship launch at the pending orders of the Base. The host does not build the ship as I have not enough money on my base, but maybe it holds it in memory and tries to build it later (Not sure about that).
Quickbuild has no problems with it. But as I often use the base ship build the above two bugs are irritating especially for newbies and the Scavs with their tech restrictions.
I think both bugs have to do with the same problem and could be easy reproduced. (Client 059, JSchwarze)
