Base Command - Ship

This tab of the Base Command is only accessible, if the base has a Military Spaceport.
Ship building is done in three steps:

[edit] Select Hull

First select a hull. This is done using the Ship Hull Select Window.

• Press the "Select Hull" button
• Choose the Hull that you want to build
• Press OK.

[edit] Parts Loadout

Now select the Ship Parts (Weapons, Engine, Shields, Generators, HyperDrives, Armor) for your ship using the Parts Loadout Window.

• Diffferent from Quick Build you can only use parts that are already existing in the base.
• Select the ship parts by category then move the parts into the left pane from the parts available in the right pane.
• You can use the arrow buttons to move all of the parts selected back and forth.
• Press the Done button when finished.

[edit] Build Ship

The ship build order is done by pressing the Build Ship button.
The ship will appear in the Pending Orders for the base.

[edit] Clone

If you have enough metals, money and prebuilt Ship Parts in your base to build multiple ships with the same loadout, you can do so by using the Clone button instead of the Build Ship button. If you want to build as many of these ships as possible, then you can press the Clone button until it disappears then press the Build Ship button.
All ships built in this fashion will appear in the Pending Orders for the base.
