[edit] Military Settings

At the bottom left corner you can set the military stance of your base for Ground Combat as well as if your ion cannons should fire at disabled ships during a Space Combat.

[edit] Buildings

On the right side of the screen you will see a list of all the buildings on this base. The text is color coded. Red text means the building is turned off. Green means it is turned on. White means the base has the maximum number possible for this type. The text in grey are buildings that do not exist yet. A left click on buildings that have switches will turn the building on and off. A right click will bring up a pop up slider that let you adjust the building`s setting. Like the target climate level for your Terra Former.
The yellow number on the right side of the text is the amount of this type of building currently on the planet. A left click on the blue box to the left of the text will place an order to build another building of that type. A right click on the blue box will subtract one from the build order. Holding down the shift key will add or subtract 10 units from the build queue.
A red null set symbol (Ø) to the left of the text means that your race cannot build that type of building.
