The first speed 190 Cyborg ship. A decent exploration ship, but the B200 Class Probe is a hell of a lot better at that. And if you ever feel tempted to put a Transwarp Drive on a hull worth 135MC, don't.

It is a Borg's only hull with attack/evasion bonus and point defenses. So it can be a useful anti-fighter swarmer, once the enemy puts out really large wings which cubes can't handle cost-effectively.
