The main reason to build an Atoll Class is its Gambling Deck, remember to put fill the Ship with Crew and Colonists to max out money production from the Gambling Deck. Another very useful feature of it is its Dry Dock allowing it to built ships up to a mass of 7,500kt to be built without the need of rather expensive base buildings (Military Spaceport, Engine Plant, Weapons Factory). Although being able to cloak, it uses an massive amount of 120kt fuel per turn to do so and this is unlikly to be used ever. 10 pod bays.
